This is a great course:  engaging, effective, well?designed, and informative. I think everyone working in any setting would benefit from this. I work primarily in a college setting and know that it is helpful for me ? even if the adult label may be used in this population. Truly an exceptional course!

I enjoyed the author's candidness. It was helpful to have it written in a very honest (if not entirely PC) way that was easily understandable and applicable professionally and in every day life.

Given what we know is the likely end point for most CD youngsters, the course is unavoidably a bit optimistic.  These problems are multi-generational and rarely if ever overcome by "interventions".

This was the most honest, straight-forward, realistic, and helpful training I have taken through PDR.  The content really hit home with an LSSP who has worked with many CD students.  CD students are exhausting to work with.  The feedback & validation that this training supplied was wonderful.  Thank you.

This was a wonderful course. Very thorough, interesting and I finished feeling like I had some great tools!

I worked with a Juvenile Intervention Program and this course would have been such an asset, as there were teens with C.D., O.D.D., Thought Disorders and Extreme Agitated Depression that I counselled.  Thankfully, my intuition, training and working with youth throughout my life assisted me in using some of the interventions, consequences, etc. that caused very positive outcomes. Hopefully, this can get into the hands of school counselors, juvenile detention staff youth workers and therapists that work with youth. I was grateful the author had first hand experience and it showed in examples.

Compelling narrative about a topic that often can be murky. The description of the behaviors  and real-world solutions is right on target. I will be checking out the followup book.

Excellent course! I have been in the social work field and also a counselor in the schools for 31 years. I wish I would have had this course earlier in my career. Well presented with some added humor, which we all need in this profession. I have been pleased with all my online learning through PDR.

Outstanding course with some important insights and practical suggestions.

Loved it - real and practical. Every new professional should read it. Told what goes on with conduct disordered kids and how not to be manipulated and how harmful touchy feely therapy can be.

This course may have been the best CE course I have ever taken. The presenter talked in everyday language and used examples and analogies that were understandable and commonly used. He was decisive in his information and advice and didn't pull any punches. I wish I had know this information 15 years ago! Thank you so much for this course!

I really enjoyed the way this course was presented as if the author was speaking to me. I also feel like I previously generalized a lot of these diagnosis (since I do not work with this specific population) and now have a much clearer idea of the differences and how to evaluate and treat if it ever comes up. Mental health is always fascinating to me too.
